Conversation and discussion

So i was thinking, how cool would it be if we could have conversations on the artist and albums pages, kinda like how we have the shoutbox on our profile, but have it on the Artists' page and their respective albums. This way we can discuss what is new about the artists, what we like about the album, discuss the changes we think need to be made to the album, etc.... I hope that makes sense... If not, let me know and i will try to explain it better... what do you guys think? and for our wonderful administrator; is this even doable?
